un piede fuori che s’infreddolisce appena One foot out, just barely getting cold
uscire solo quando è pronta già la cena Come out only when dinner is ready.
mangiare e bere sempre e solo a dismisura Eat and drink always and only too much
senza dover cambiare buco alla cintura Without having to change the hole on my belt
e poi domani non andrò neanche al lavoro And then tomorrow I won't even go to work

tornerò con gli amici davanti scuola I'll go with my friends back in front of [our old] school
